This Personal Data Processing Policy is drafted in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data.” The Privacy Policy (PP) defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of their storage.
The Operator considers compliance with constitutionally guaranteed rights and freedoms of citizens a mandatory condition for processing personal data, including the protection of privacy, personal and family confidentiality.
This PP applies to all information that the Operator receives about visitors of the website https://ttl.ru/.
The Company has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and various events. The User may opt out of receiving messages by sending an email to info@ttl.ru with the subject “Unsubscribe from notifications.”

User — any visitor of the website https://ttl.ru/;
Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons;
Distribution of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite group of persons (transfer of personal data) or making them publicly available, including publication in mass media, placement in information and telecommunication networks, or providing access by any other means;
Cross-border transfer of personal data — transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a foreign public authority, foreign individual, or foreign legal entity;

Purposes of Personal Data Processing
Conclusion, execution, and termination of civil law contracts; providing the User with access to services, information, and/or materials available on the website https://ttl.ru/, and clarification of order details.
Sending notifications about new products and services, special offers, and events. The User may always opt out of receiving informational messages by sending the Operator an email with the subject “Unsubscribe from notifications about new products and services and special offers.”
Depersonalized User data collected via web analytics services are used to gather information about User actions on the website, improve website quality, and enhance its content.
Legal Grounds for Personal Data Processing

The period of personal data processing is unlimited. The User may withdraw consent to personal data processing at any time by sending an email notification to the Operator at tt.logistick@yandex.ru with the subject “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing.”
Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data
Before initiating cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign state to whose territory the transfer is intended provides reliable protection of personal data subjects’ rights.
Cross-border transfer of personal data to countries that do not meet the above requirements may be carried out only with the written consent of the personal data subject and/or for the execution of a contract to which the subject is a party.

The User may obtain any clarifications regarding personal data processing by contacting the Operator by any convenient means.
Any changes to the personal data processing policy will be reflected in this document. The Policy remains in effect indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
